The HTI in-house QA function comprises 16 personnel, located in both the Far East and UK. The department is involved in product compliance from development, through production and inspection, to UK verification. This includes auditing and monitoring of factory manufacturing quality and ethical compliance.

 

Our QA technologists are aligned to our product category management structure, therefore ensuring more specialised knowledge on the product types they are handling - delivering more efficient and comprehensive QA support.

 

HTI QA management has extensive experience gained across manufacturing, supply, retail and laboratory backgrounds - constantly benchmarking our performance and driving continuous improvement.

 

We work closely with test houses, trade and retail organizations to ensure timely awareness and response to changing legislation and customer requirements.
